Terrible Service - Avoid at all Cost!

I ordered a product on 16 January. The expected arrive date 31 Jan.
Had to phone them yesterday to find out where product is.
Whole day they said they would get back to me.
Phone them again today (4 Feb) they cancelled the order because it was out of stock, despite it being instock when I ordered it.
No communique with me, informing what's going on.
I have to phone THEM to find a late parcel that isn't going to actually arrive.
I will never buy anything from them again.
Demise of great retailer.
