I bought a bed from house &home in eastgate mall and i bought the bed on the 17th of december 2012 and now the bed has two week. I am nt sleeping well at night and am not happy and not comfortable sleeping in it so i decided to call the store nd asked to speck to the manager, the manager's name is Rasemate and i told Rasemate that am not confortable in the bed and not sleeping well and etc. Rasemate told me that the bed has two weeks now and i was not informed about the policy and the T & C and now he won't take it back so i told him that i want my money back since you won't take the bed back, Rasemate said "no no no no he will not take your money back.what do i do?
