Duesouth
Misleading labelling

I bought a Due South Coriolis sleeping bag marked with a minus 5 degree comfort rating in 2011 before going on to hike the Fish River canyon. During this trip the sleeping bag proved to be insufficient. I was cold and shivering all the time and had to make do with an extra polar fleece blanket just to survive the cold! Nobody believed that I could be cold in minus 5 degree bag. However this year I went back to Due South and noticed that the Aeolus sleeping bag they now stock has more than double the amount of down filling than the Coriolis but is also marked with a minus 5 degree comfort rating. The shop assistant then told me that the Coriolis has been discontinued as there were too many complaints. I suspect that the Coriolis has been mislabeled and should have been marked as 5 degrees instead of -5 degrees. I feel mislead and want my money back as I paid for a sleeping bag for cold conditions, which I now cannot use for that purpose.
