9 days later- no book???!!!

As i sit down to write this, my hands are trembling with anger and frustration!
I ordered a book as a birthday gift o Thursday the 10th of Jan, our internet was extremely slow, and the processiing of the request took ages (not Kalahari's fault) during this period of loading, I believe that the order reverted to my default settings and instead of the physical address in Durban I had loaded, it reverted back to my postal address in Pretoria. Instantly realizing the error, I called the Kalahari contact number, and was assured by Fareeda that she would make the change and send me a mail, following up with a call. Friday morning 10am I had not heard anything and called back. The lady who answered said that no changes had been made to my order the previous day and she would call the warehouse with the change and email me followed with a phone call- NOTHING! I later received an sms to say the parcel had been disptached to my postal address (?) Called back again, and was assured that the parcel was being sent to the physical address. 5 calls made on Wednesday, with a promise of delivery- Saturday STILL WAITING! I have missed my Dad's birthday, something they cannot rectify! This is
