DIY Instructions please

I recently had a horrible experience trying to rewire my pool light after contractors installed it incorrectly.

The light I bought (from two10 product range) had absolutely no instructions in the box. I had to buy 2 lights eventually as with all the 2 and fro I dropped one.

Since you are a DIY store please ensure all products come with instructions and maybe even requirements, although instructions are the first prize. You could drop your return rate if you do this.
