I am really upset! I placed an order for shoes on the 10th of January 2013 till todate I have not received it. I called them to follow up on 23rd of January and spoke to a lady who promised to call me back that very same day and i never got that call, lucky for her I cant remember her name. I called again on the 25th if not 28th and spoke to Reenzel and explain that i am waiting for a call from them and he said he will check with the courier company and get back to me before the end of the day again that did not happen after he has promised and also mentioned that the lady I spoke to was wrong for not calling me back but surprisingly he did the samething. it did not end there yesterday i spoke to Raeesa whom also promised the same thing and againi i did not receive a call from her. the service is pathetic! how they do that is beyond me!
