Not impressed with your service at all. Ordered and paid for a pair of shoes (which reflected as being in stock) on Friday, only to be told yesterday afternoon (via email) after 17:00 that it is not in stock and they will send a credit voucher to me. What?! Why will want to make use of such terrible service again? I spoke to Thembi at Zando this morning asking her that I want to be reimbursed and not receive a voucher. She tells me that it will take 3-5 working days to reimburse the amount into my account! Unacceptable Zando! I expect a reply from you asap.
