I bought a Hisense 3 Door fridge from Dion Wired (Canal Walk) with 5 year warranty in November 2012. A few months after purchase we had problems with LED display which could not be resolved & the unit kindly replaced by store manager. Once new unit was received, the LED display was working fine however we noted that the wheel in one of the freezer compartments was defective and broken, thus exposing drawer to further damage. I immediately informed the store via email and subsequent visit to store lodging the complaint in December 2013. A month has now passed and no response has been received from the store nor the manufacturer. We were very grateful that the unit was promptly replaced initially but however the time lag on this has complaint is unacceptable. We disappointed with store and manufacturer.
