Security who disrespects customers

I was at Spar yesterday and it was the day people receive grants so it was full, the door was closed and they let people inside in batches, when they let us in they did not indicate to us that lines that are outside are for the atm inside. I picked my groceries and stood on the atm line for almost 30 minutes then the security guys comes to us to tell us there is a line outside and we must go out and start a line outside, after standing inside for 30 minutes, we explained that no one explained to us the procedures for yesterday and lucky said he doesnt care we must go outside and start a line and he chased us out of the shop. It was about 13h20.
