I bought a tv 50cm plasma the brand was Tek the tv was not ok it was brought twice Chris ended up bringing Samsung 43cm didn't change the contract I still have Tek contract I called him to tell him I can't pay same amount for a smaller tv I asked him can we cancell the contract he said his still motivating that I get the same size of a tv that I wanted from onset I told him I won't pay until I get that I receive a call now from a lady called Kgomotso telling me they need to fetch the tv and Chris again calls saying the same thing now I'll be left with no tv I'm inconvinienced because if they cancelled the time I asked them to I would have gone somewhere now coz its dem who wants their tv I must give it back and be left with no tv aftr 4months I must say I'm inconvinienced and I'm 0 happy with their service they kept on debiting my account irrespective of our communication I had to keep on going to the bank for reversals
