I cancelled an order early Decemebr, I was promised I will be refunded. Its now almost 2 months later I still havent received my money. When I call their call centre I speak to a different person everytime and everytime i get told that my query has been escalated, and its been handd over to their finance department. nothing happens and for some reason its impossible to speak to the finance department, so i have to deal with call centre all the time. i am frustrated.
