Today i drove the 20km to my favourite ink refill place since 2003... i arrived quarter to 7 pm. The girl did not show much interest. She said i had to be back in 20minutes. I repeated 20minutes? She said yes. I came back 4minutes past 7 as i always come back earlier. The door was locked, lights off. I needed my ink tonight as I am a teacher and a masters student. I had documenta to print tonight as i like to plan ahead. I did not plan on having to waist 40km again to get my cartridges. It wont surprize you if i say that inky shop is not my favourite refill place... this is bad service. I expect either discount or a delivery.
