I purchased school uniforms for my child in Aug 2013. One of the articles was incorrectly packaged and I returned it in the beginning of Sep 2013. Their system was changed and finally in Nov, after filling in forms and sending to both local and Pta branch, I was assured that my refund was being processed. Numerous emails that have not even been replied to, and countless long distance phone calls later I still have not received my refund. I feel 5 mnths is ridiculously long to wait for a refund and I refuse to purchase another skort until they have refunded me, so my child only has one at the moment...
