No delivery / no response

I placed on order with woolworths online on 20 December for delivery on 21st. Then received an e-mail on 21st Dec advising late delivery. To date no delivery has yet taken place. Now its'Xmas eve and I am not able to get hold of anyone on the call centre after trying today without any success. No reponse on their e-mail customer servive either.
Well done Woolworths, now my elderly parents and my two sons will have the best Xmas ever, without anything in the house to eat as I live overseas as use this service to provide them with food. Really great service. I do not recommend anyone use this service if this is the kind of treatment one gets. If you don't have staff there are plenty of people looking for a part -time job. Don't make promises you can't keep. If you are interested in getting back to me this year my order no is o88114851. Can you at least then take the hold off the payment on my bank account. In this case I have no groceries and no money as well. If you have the time please contact me via my internet account.
