Yesterday I bought Facial gel at Clicks and as I paid for it realize it was less in mililiters and almost same as a bigger one. I discussed the cahier and she gladly advice she will refund it so I can take a bigger one. She waved for a supervisor Pretty who was unfriendly doing that as her attitude towards the cashier was bad. Ultimately I went and took the bigger one and return as I was paying it was not same price as the one on the shelve I alert the cashier who was friendly and I went to the shelve brought the price which was R10 less what was scanned on the till. She called the Pretty who was furious asking the cashier what she wants the cashier explained politely she just took the price tag and came with another tag which was 10 extra and now approaching me rudely and badly raised tone as I explained where I took the product. To my dismay she came with a wrong tag not the 1 she took from the till which I brought. I requested the manager who was also agitaed and just said refund! refund! which was surely customer care was not in their books. I paid the price as I indicated and the same PRETTY took away the product and left. I had to ask for it despite paying for it treated bad.
