i would like to give credit to where its due, yesterday i went to this retail to buy a cellphone, i was greeted by a smile of this polite customer rep. Customer service representatives hear complaints all day. They get yelled at, complained to, and blamed for things that are not their fault. And, if they genuinely cannot help someone, they risk getting a letter of complaint written about them, but we dont even make noise when they offer excellent service.
I remember her willingness to help, this lady was working at the cellphone dept alone in the morning of 09h30am and the queue was snaking, i was irritated with the slow pace the queque was going.when i got to her counter she was actually jumping amongs all the queques authorising some transactions that her colleagues did not have access to such as shoprite vouchers etc in the groceries queue, i found her to be remarkably, it was not an easy task but she managed to keep the groaning men and women updated, calm of whats happening. You have an enviable ability to stay cool and help with diligent and excellence within minutes i was out of the store, she is dedicated, focused, professional, innovative, analytical thinker, proactive.
