I'm in the transport business so on 09/12/2013 my business partner and I went with one of our truck to deliver at Shoprite pretoria North in order to see where they get delayed during deliveries. The lady at Receiving really delayed us unnecessarily as 3 trucks came and left before she was even through receiving our 2 pallets. After over 2 hours of being delayed we went to the front and asked for the store manager's assistance and that's when she started moving her feet. She the gave our driver attitude because we went to the store manager and when he explained who we were she said she didn't give a who we were and that's when we left. Service like this really ruins your reputation and something ought to be done about an employee like that.
