So I bought an Acer Aspire V3 8GB 1TB HD from Game in February. Recently the machine began to give major software problems, so I took it in. a Technician tells me that I can PAY them for a factory reset or I can do it myself, but I couldn't because the laptop won't respond. So I took it in for the second time, and it had to be booked in for 21 days. NO REFUND or REPLACEMENT! Meanwhile I am a laptop-less 3rd year science student with a huge project, but still they won't give me a loan unit: they do however have lone units for TV's and other electronics which doesn't make any sense at all! The worst of all was that they don't seem to care about a customer or his needs! That is it Game!
