I bought a pan from Verimark so when I used it for a short while I noticed that the pan is not working.
I took it back to Verimark however I did not have my slip.
They took it in anyway and a lady from Customer Service contacted me andd said they will have a look at it and get back to me.
it has now been 3 months and I have heard absolutely nothing.
I went in to the store the weekend, and the lady said its ready and I must pay R250 to get my pan back.
I already paid my pan and I never told to repair the pan at my cost.
I am a pensioner I cant pay over and over for stuff, they should have contacted me regarding the situation. This is pathetic and broad day light ..
