Poor service

Late payment: i made a late payment and i said in the store that i will be paying the rest of the amount end of feb. a person by the name of michelle called me and spoke to me very rudely saying that i must make payment by the 9th if i dont have the funds right now how am i supposed to make the payment. i did pay on the 29/01/2013. my next payment can only be done on the 28/02/2013. she was very arrogant and rude towards me over the phone. she kept emplying to me that i must make payment even though i told her that i didnt have the funds. thats very poor services from identity thus far even though that i have made an attempt to pay my account. her ref number is 10121105770901
