Wrong delivery

Good day, last on the 10th of Nov i got a call from a person forgot his name he told me that i won a voucher of W but for me to claim it i must pay R2004.00 the voucher was for cleaning equipment i agreed they deducted money from my credit card, same day i decided to go to homemark shops to see what's he talking about when i get the the same product is R999 i called on the 12th i was reffered to Xolani i told him i want my money i don't want their product, she promised to refund. This year at the begging i called he promised to call back he didn't, i called in march they said he is no longer working in that department. I spoke to Lovesmore I told him that i can see they dont want to refund i want flavour ovens, three weeks they delivered wrong things i ddnt take the, I'm still waiting for them not even a single call from them. Can someone tell me whether i get those things of what im tired of following them.
