Will Not Exchange Defective DVD's

For a company that portrays an image of caring, and fun-loving for the kids, official policy sure stinks.

My wife bought a Disney DVD for the kids from Westwood Mall branch. We've tried it on 3 different DVD players, and it doesn't play. When we go back for a refund, or exchange - the store manager say's it's official policy to not exchange DVD's, as the store will have to pay for it. We explained that there were no scratches or anything as we tried it, and left it in the case after realizing they don't work. NO JOY.

In todays age, where companies take customer care seriously, Reggie's is in the DARK AGES.
