My fianc? and I recently moved to Alberton and the nearest place for us to do shopping is the Checkers in Alberton City and everytime we've gone there so far we have not seen a single friendly face. However today was even worse, not only was my fianc? pushed out of the way by a staff member while we were queuing to pay but when we first arrived and went to the bakery we waited for a while before we were served. Two bakery staff members passed us as if we were by the bus station and didn't even bother to ask whether we had been helped or not. A gentleman eventually came to assist but kept on rudely shouting across the bakery to his colleague whom he was having a conversation with while serving us. things got even worse when we got to the till, the cashier whose name tag said Sibongile Munyinsa has the worst attitude. I'm not saying she was suppose to smile even but the most we got out of her was "plastic?? " This is unacceptable as we are paying customers and should be treated with some level of respect.
