I am highly disappointed with the quality of Truworths garment off late. A few months back I bought a pair of shoes for a funeral and the very same day the heels were damaged as if I had worn the shoes for a year. Yesterday my mom and I bought 2packs of bras for ourselves only to find them faulty. One bra is torn and the other won't clip therefore it snaps when worn.
I am puzzled as to how these bras passed the quality check and landed on the stores shelves instead of being rejects. My whole outfit for the day had to be changed thanks to Truworths!!!
