Ive been sending emails like crazy, hoping someone who might feel the need to actually do their job and assist a customer for once would reply but weeks later still nothing! iam sick and tired of this, first of all the quality of the products MRP sells can't be any worse, and secondly the customer service WOW shockingly bad.
Ive bought 4 pairs of shoes from MRP last year (over 3month period) which I cant wear anymore coz the shoes are coming loose, it went wobbly and skew and just unwearable, all of this after I wore it once! This is unacceptable. I really thought maybe its just this one pair that's not up to standard but then I started 2 notice the same thing happening 2 all pairs after I wore them once. I never had this problem with other shoe brands.
So basically I bought these shoes for the dumpster. I will not accept this!!! this is not how u treat customers, something needs 2 be done here, ive waited long enough!!!
