I receivd an email frm my HR dep, sayng from Lameez and its "family matters"
I calld the no & cme thru to Lewis. I then knew it's a sales call& bcuz of my HORRIBLE experience with them I told Lameez that I'm very upset that she said its family matters, howeva I've bn askng a long tym nw 2remove my no off their system. I explaind to her I was upset bcuz the bedroom suite that I bought was broken & it went for repairs. I went thru 2 get it bk & in the end they replacd bt its worse than the 1st suite I had. She askd me if she cud transfer me to her manager. Her manager (Alison Hendricks) tok 5 mins 2 answr& I wrk in customer svc myslf I thut its bcuz she explaind my situation 2 her. When she finally came 2 the call said she had no clue who I was or y and that I have to explain my story all ova. She was unsympathetic&ddn't apologise. I askd if she was really a manager as you don't treat your customers the way she does & she told me to get off my "HIGH HORSE' & ended the call. Ive NEVA EVA bn so insulted or humiliated in my life. I refuse 2 leave this as is & will take it 2 the highest level I can bcuz treating customer the way I was treated in this ordeal is WRNG on so many levels
