I registrd online the 23rdJan2013&faxed a copy on 24Jan, payed my fees 1stFeb. I called Unisa on 4thFeb bcuz my application hadnt been processed on myunisa. They told me I shud give it a week, max2 to start showing. I calld them the following week again& again I was informed that my application just hasnt been processed. I phoned yesterday-chaos! I was first told theres a blockage onmy application that they, at the faculty law cannot fix it. So I had to call a adviser, only to be referred to the exemption office bcause I dont have a renewed exemption certificate. I applied for one last year and paid, she told me I applied for credits for 2subjects in December and thats whats causing the blockage. I never applied. So they told me to call the law faculty again bcuz only they can remove it. The lady there asked if I updated my marriage certificate! Ive never been married in my life. The lady promised to rectify the matter. I got an email from her stating that she consulted her supervisor. The attached letter was to state they sent me a letter on 31stJan. Ive never received such a letter; could they not have told me this from the start? now im not registrd.wantd to finish my studies this semester...
