Good day, we ordered a black bedroom suite from Lewis. They delivered. The bedroom suite was not wrapped. It had dust on as if it was standing on the floor. There were scratches on that was covered with a black marker to make it invisible to the naked eye. The cupboards had scratches on. The headboards padding is loose and the black that covers this suite is also lifting up. I phoned Lewis stating that we were not satisfied with the product. All they said was "I will give the manager the message"
