DISGUSTING SERVICE. NO DELIVERY. NO COMMUNICATION

A month ago today I ordered and paid for the delivery of a dining table. To this day I have yet to hear from ANY at @Home about the status of my order, delivery or anything.
I had to go to the warehouse in Parow Industria to pick up some chairs (bought long after ordering the table) and enquired about my order status there. They said they couldn't help and that the store should have been in contact with me. They said they would get the store to contact me. Still no word form anyone. Tried getting in touch with social media via Facebook and Twitter. They siad they would get someone to contact me. Again, have heard nothing form this someone. Tried calling Foshini Group to lodge a compliant, once switchboard put me through, no answer on that line after holding for 10 mins. Tried calling again. Put through to someone else. Again, no answer.
Where is my order? Is the Foshini Group in the habit of taking peoples money and running?
Doubt my complaint will be dealt with as there seem to be a lot of pink faces associated with @home on Hello Peter.
