We bought a Cheverolet 13000 Diesel bakkie from GMH Boksburg last year.
In December 2012 we pick up a mechanical problem (with kilometers of 8, 000 on the clock, still new) with the bakkie and took it to the dealers on the 27th December 2012. After waiting for an answer what is wrong they eventually told us that the parts is not available in South Africa and they have to wait for the parts to arrive. After about 2 months they let us know the bakkie was ready for collection, when we fetch the bakkie it still had a problem the oil light came on so we again took it back. We phoned the AGAIN on the 5th March 2013 after been told the part would be arriving on Monday 4th March, again to be told the part is still on the ship on its way to South Africa. AB Smit phoned me back after leaving several messages, and he told me that we have to wait and that they are SORRY!!!
Sorry doesn't do it for me and we are up to the point where we don't want that bakkie anymore. We are paying R5, 500-00 a month for the bakkie and now I'm paying for NOTHING!!!
Can you please help us!!!
