Poor service and wrong information given

We send our bakkie for repairs and it is supposed to take 3 days. A week later I called them to find out if I can collect the bakkie, the lady said yes and I drove from kathu to kuruman to fetch it. Only when I get there, the lady said she will get the driver to collect the bakkie from another site. I paid the excess of R3980. In cash as they do not accept efts, checques or have a swipe machine. After a while she came to tell me that they still need to put on a new towbar which they didn't receive yet. Which means I can wait for 5 hours and then leave or they can put on the old one and when the new tow bar came, I can bring in the bakkie again. I am very upset because I have to drive woman alone vir R4000 in cash and still doesn get what I want. Terrible service!!!
