I purchased a pair of dark brown moccasin style leather "BRONX" branded shoes. Within days the dark brown coating started to peel off. I reluctantly decided to contact the company via their website not expecting much in the way of a response. There was an initial delay due to the holiday season (to be expected at this time of the year). I was asked to send a photo showing my problem. On Monday 20/01/2014 I had a response to the photo from Faith Arendse apologising for my problem and offering to replace my shoes. In 24 hours a new pair was delivered. WOW what amazing service and a happy ending to a genuine quality problem.
