Today I received my dogtags exactly as I ordered them, they were marked perfectly and nothing else was out of place. I don't know why they never replied to my emails or didn't confirm my payment but nevertheless they did deliver, so I apologize for the defamatory remarks I made about your site and the unmannerly email I sent you. I can see now that the professional look of your store is not a lie, as you are certainly a real company, i was very wrong. What I do have to say is that you must communicate with your clients, because people are very quick to believe they have been when something happens out of the ordinary, after they've parted ways with their money, especially on an online shop. Thank you for my goods, I was very impressed and I am interested in doing business with you again.
