Hi,
I opened an account an requested on the form for my monthly instalment to be debited from my account. But after my first purchase only to receive a SMS an phone call that my account is in arrears??? Why does the application forms then have the section I can complete for debit orders?
To make matters worse, the woman that phoned me said she can only inform me I'm in arrears and that I need to go to Customer Services to fix this... HOW DID THIS NOW BECOME MY PROBLEM??
I expected more from Woolworths!
