Good day

I recently filled in forms to cancel my Mr Price account and then still received bills for a monthly insurance as my account was clear.

so i went to vaal Mall Mr Price home and made an enquiry, i was handled rudely and in an unseemly manner as the lady "alphonisa and the Manager Bernadet were both obnocsious and RUDE.

And insisted i still pay for the insurance although i had cancelled this account at their branch and they could not be held liable for the account not being closed and me being billed.

and so i paid after these two woman were RUDE and likely had no idea what they were doing or talking about.

AND YET AGAIN I GOT A BILL I REFUSE TO PAY THIS BILL AS I CANCELLED THIS ACCOUNT TWICE.
