Got a phone call in 2011 from Homemark saying I was chosen to get a knife set and only have to pay the delivery charge of R99 which I accepted and paid. Still waiting for my knives. Now they phone and say I must buy more stuff and they guarantee I will get my knives as well... would anybody spend more money with a company that steels it... They even said I must com and collect them until I asked what I then was paying for; suddenly a complete turn around and they will need to deliver them again.
I did state that if I'm so close and they are so sorry that they messed me around I would have expected them to jump in a car to deliver it to me, but no I have been told to wait 7 to 21 working days again for delivery. The previous 21 working days is now more than a year long so obviously they do not work lots of days in that company and I'm not prepared to wait that long again.
So from the fact that I have paid for the knives, and they admit that they have not send them to me I can clearly state that homemark is a thieving company that can not be trusted with payments made.
All I can say is I will never trust them again, don't know if who ever reads this would. Time to open a case
