I lost my mother in 2008 and I just sold a site she had in the month of September 2013. This case was treated as an estate late and I received some of the cash however I was told the remaining balance of the amount due to me will be transferred into my account around November 2013, 3 month after the sale. They claimed they did the transfer and the problem was with my bank since it did not reflect in my account. To my surprise until January 2014 I have not received anything I have been told story after story. I escalted the matter to the director of Kloppers and only to find out that I was told. The money was not transferred at all. Now to make things worse I was told on the first week of January 2014 that the boss who is supposed to sign off the approval to get my money is still on leave and will only return the following week I waited expecting money the following week as PROMISED. And then the boss came in and I am told this and that, delays delays and more delays. My problem is not necessary with the delays but ALL THE I WAS TOLD BY THE BOSS AND THE EMPLOYEE. All I wanted was the TRUTH not waiting for money that they clearly know that I will not get for some odd reasons.
