I would like to enquire where to knock on for assistance. I started with this company over a year ago and was promised a permanent position but was told to sign a LDC contract for a specific site as they told me it was required from SANRAL. I am not allowed to sign 2 contracts for same company. I was unhappy about the LDC contract but sign it anyway. Now that construction site is finished I was told my LDC contract will be terminated 13.12.2013 and I must look for another job. HR could not help they only do as per instruction from directors.By approaching director who did my interview he said there is nothing he can do he is not involved in HR decisions. Financial director visited the site I was told to leave 30 days after I received my termination notification. Letter was dated 18.10.2013 I received via email 22.11.2013. I'm still on site until 13.12.2013 as they say do not longer require my services but already making plans to put a service provider who has no competency for my job to take responsibility over the December. Jan 2014, 12 people return to this site until first week in Feb 2014 before handover. I'm part of Management, only 1 that will be EOC. Please help!!
