WHY DO YOU TAKE A MONTH TO REFUND A CLIENT

I PAID WINSTON SAHD R10000.00 FOR DINNING ROOM SUITE THEN WE HAD A CASH FLOW PROBLEM I EXPLAINED TO JENNIFER SHE GAVE US MORE TIME TO PICKUP, WHICH IT WAS TOUGH SO I WENT TO THE BRANCH TO REQUEST FOR A REFUND ON DECEMBER 2013, SHE TOLD ME THE BOSS IS ON LEAVE, I WAITED TILL 6 JANUARY 2014, JENNIFER TOLD ME TO SEND SOME DOCUMENT I DID AND SHE TOLD ME SHE NEED A LETTER FROM THE BANK TO PROVE I AM THE ACCOUNT HOLDER I DID SHE WANTED ME TO DO, SO NOW I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE REFUND SHE TOLD ME THE LADY WENT TO TRAINING SO THERE'S NO 1 TO HELP ME. I'M REALLY ANGRY ABOUT AND DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE AS SHE IS TELLING ME THAT THEY ARE DOING BUSINESS NOT REFUND MEANING I WILL STILL WAIT FOREVER TO GET MY MONEY.
