Management and staff need to be retrained

I went to canal walk the other day to get my one year old daughter some things as it was her first birthday and she recieved vouchers and canal walk vouchers and cash. I went in with the full intention of using everything at toys r us. NO ONE helped. Everyone was too interested in there what you doing for lunch conversations. Ended up taking a yogurt pack and safety plugs. I had a 15% voucher and a 20% voucher which i handed over as i wanted to take the side bed rail as well. The cashier was so deur die K she didnt understand anything. Turned her back to have a chat on the phone after 3 min i tapped her to ask what was happening. THe manager came took the vouchers left the petty cash there moaned they didnt have a calculator canceled deal rearrange it up with his calculations and i got R7 DISCOUNT!!! i quired it he told me its right. So upset i took the things and left wasting my two vouchers on incompetent staff not able to do there job. I could have saved a lot of money had i taken the bed shield! but they me off that i was sweating when i walked out of there even security doesnt even check your things. Please sort this out! I want a response ASAP!!! FURIOUS!!
