What has happened?

I use this spar every week for daily needs or monthly groceries but today i was shocked at the behaviour of the staff. Firstly i went to the food counter to get myself lunch. I asked if they had a certain pie and they said no and just helped the next person behind me, but i waited so i could get something else but they chose to ignore my existence and helped yet another person behind me.

Then when i go pay the cashier doesn't look up does say a word and i have to look at the amount on the screen myself. Then i get attitude when i ask for a bag?

I don't know what is going on but spar is just not the nice atmosphere it used to be.
