Refuse to help with broken equipment

I bought a dixon amp from the roodepoort branch.
After not even a month the amp stopped working.
Unfortunately i misplaced the slip.
And now they refuse to help me.

The reality is they are the only company that sells the product and they have the details on their system.
And i have proof of payment on my bank statements.
But they simply refuse to help me.
