On the 10th of jan I bought a bed in Bradlows Ben 10 the sales assistance was very helpfull he offered great service. My frastration right is that I have not revieved my bed that I payed for cash wednesday jst after I caaled the Store manager to enquire when my goods will be delivered to this day she has not reaponded clearly to her this is not important to sort out. I'm very angry and dissapointed to such poor service in 2014
