I applied to Cell C for a new contract in the New Year on a Sunday. Rishaan was off sick but promised to get back to me first thing on Monday morning. Unknown to him at this stage, we needed to port a Cell C number, belonging to Vodacom (not sure which) to this new contract. He arranged the new line and even though he battled to find out which company owned the pre-paid number we were porting, Rishaan never gave up and by lunch time the phone was ready for collection.
This is the second time I have used Dion Wired in Galleria and both times have been positive. However, Rishaan was so helpful and pleasant to deal with that I would recommend him unreservedly. He even called us the next day to make sure that the ported number works properly! Many thanks Rishaan
