Very Rude

I am keeping an eye over my mothers pawn shop whilst they are having vacation in Durban. On 2014/01/20 a white female (presumably the manger) with black hair in a pony tail, asked me if my mother left money to pay her account. I said no but she kept asking me for the money after I told her that my mother wil sort it out there's nothing that could do. She then made a rude remark by asking me how can they go and have vacation without money. I am a client and have been for many years and am personally discusted by her rude attitude and remarks.
