Wife´s phone from her inside Checkers

A few weeks ago, my wife went to Checkers in Oakdene at the SP Pavilion. While inside two ladies mugged and her phone (Samsung S4) from inside her handbag. she quickly ran to security and told them what happened. The security stopped the ladies from leaving the store, but they had already hidden the phone in the store.
The security and management then released the ladies although my wife insisted they had the phone. They did not even call the police. The store management also said that a similar incident had taken place before, and yet the consumers were not made aware of it.
We are very disappointed in the way that Checkers handled the situation.

PEOPLE BE AWARE OF FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON. THEY ARE EVERYWHERE!!
