PUT ME ON ITC WRONGFULLY

I'm in the proses to buy a car, application was done but they rejected because I have 2 defaults on my name both of them from Nictus. So I foned these clowns and asked what was up with this and they told me I owe them money. But I know I paid the closing amount on my account, so I foned them again and faxed them the proof of payment, and the only answer they gave me was, uhm sorry the payment didnt reflect on their system. So i asked them please remove those defaults and the lady told me she will but it takes a week. So I left it their, its now 4 months later since I last spoke to them and still the defaults is on my name. The account was settled
