My Wife bought a Slumberland mattress from Morkels Protea Glen towards the end of October 2013 and the mattress was found to be defective. The matter was reported at the branch, suppliers went sent to our house to inspect the defective goods and we got the message that the mattress has been approved for exchange. Till to date nothing has happenend and when I call them they come up with loads of utter nonsense stories. This is simple deliver the bed or take it back like you normally do when one does not pay. Please if and when somebody decides to contact me I do not want to hear Supplier stories because we did not buy the bed from the supplier.
