Deffective Nappies

Hi
I recently bought a pack of nappies for my son. Only to find that half the packet was defective. The nappies have no sticky strips to close the nappy with, thus I cannot use it.
I have already sent clicks all the info, yet I'm not receiving any feedback as yet.
I would atleast like a voucher for the inconvinience as nappies are very expensive and I cannot just throw away a packet.
