Sunday I was at mr price, after I had to wait for the so call manager ALMOST AN HOUR!!! I had to go and get her..otherwise I would have still, had to wait for her!!! she told me the item I wanted could not be discounted for being damaged but they all will be send back to manufacturor HAHAH telling me they send it back to china!!! we all know that they keep it until it was marked down!!! She thought we are stupid at least I know what customer service is!!! well so she only could get one after she told me that I have to get a computer and buy it: on line" but I am IN THE STORE!!! so I told here I had no internet there must I go to a internet cafe?? so she got one at Zambezi drive telling me I have to go and get it??? wow!!! So she and her very "Friendly" black male colleage discussed the too CHEAP item for transport in their language... which they thought Idid not understand. To CHEAP to get it to their branch!! WOW it thought I was in MID AFRICA!!! She was supposed to phone me... NOTHING!!! So I had to phone her!!! when we got hold of her her answer was uuurgh? EEEE... eeemaybe tommorrow??? 3 rd world country service!!!
